I raided my beer collection for Christmas and birthday beers to enjoy this week. Every beer here is at least 1 year old and many are 2009. The Full Sail Barleywine is 1998 and the Yulesmith is 2008. There is some tasty imbibing in the week ahead! The barrel on the left is this year's birthday homebrew, an Imperial Stout in a Texas bourbon barrel! At least 3 months until it's done!
