A strong storm system will move across Colorado Tuesday night and Wednesday. This will send a strong cold front across the region with strong gusty north winds and much colder temperatures. Heavy snow will spread into the Continental Divide where Winter Storm Warnings are in effect. Snow will also move into the Eastern Mountains...Teller and Northern El Paso Counties where Winter Weather Advisories are in effect. Snow is also expected across the Eastern Plains with light accumulations possible. A Blizzard Watch has been issued beginning Wednesday afternoon for southern Pueblo County to the NM border and all of the eastern plains as blowing snow and reduced visibilities may be possible in those areas during the peak of the storm.
