Of course my two cups of coffee with a little cream

Worked out- Post workout shake- 1 scoop WM's vanilla protein and 1 tsp glutamine

Breakfast- Oatmeal pancake- 1 cup egg whites, 1 tbsp WM's protein, 1 tbsp coconut flower, cooked topped with 1 tsp coconut oil and a few wild blueberries:)
