The Honorable Lisel Alamilla, Minister of Forestry, Fisheries and Sustainable Development will be hosting a commemoration and signing ceremony for the declaration of the Turneffe Atoll Marine Reserve, the Co-Management Framework for Protected Areas and the Introduction of the Living Aquatic Resources Bill. This event will take place at the Old Belize Adventure and Marina’s Jungle Pavilion on Thursday, November 22, 2012 from 10:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. The event will be complimented by a poster and information exhibit for Primary School students from Belize City and fishing communities in the North.
