A HUGE APOLOGY TO EVERYONE who has been on the receiving end (no pun intended) of our new phone system issues. We have had technicians working on it for days but so far, to the frustration of us all, many calls still drop out. We understand that you can hear us but we cannot hear you. If you're calling the store please ensure that the staff member you are speaking with takes down your telephone number so that if you do drop out we are able to call you back.
We hope to have this problem resolved ASAP.
