D Notice refers to “underground installations and communications centres” located there. The installations concerned are an RAF communications centre, an underground wartime naval stores depot and “one of a number of Post Office centres for internal and overseas communications in war”.

I think you will wish to recommend that the Prime Minister takes no action at all on this matter, which should be played cool by all concerned.
