Wrongly ordered to death An Order for Destruction was requested by the investigating Animal Control officer WITHOUT seeking an account from everyone involved in the incident, other than the owner of the off-leash animal who started the whole incident. There are always (2) two sides to a story. The officer made a hasty decision and didn't examine all facts.
