OK, OK...finally. Maybe the most scrumptious burger we've ever created. The Fried Butter Croissant Burger! We take a juicy beef patty on a bed of arugula and top it with a crunchy ball of DEEP-FRIED BUTTER and bleu cheese. Then we place her, ever so gently, on maybe the greatest invention ever: a flaky CROISSANT BURGER BUN. Sorry for the caps, but this burger is blowing my mind. When you take a bite, the deep-fried butter flows all over the croissant bun and the result is magic.
