Our IPM Technician, spotted lacebugs actively feeding on Pieris japonica -- lacebugs can be found on the underside of leaves. Classic signs of lacebug infestation is stippling on the top side of leaves and black fecal matter. There are mulitipe generations a year and are easily treatable.
