Thought this might be a Pine Marten, but after some image searching, looks like it's a short-tailed weasel. Hope it leaves the chickens alone...

I'd say it's 12 or more inches total. Much smaller mass-wise than a squirrel, but about the same length. And super quick! All the pix are blurry.
