Chief Meteorologist WEEK/WHOI/WAOE-TV Peoria, Illinois.

Up and down temperatures will continue the next several days as well as periodic rain chances. A stationary front over Southern Illinois will be the focus of showers late tomorrow into Saturday morning. Our area is on the cool side of the front so highs will be in the ‘50s the next couple of days. We’ll be in between systems Sunday and Monday and highs will return to the ‘60s. Another stationary front will bring periods of rain the middle of next week but we will be on the warm side of the front with highs in the upper ‘70s by Wednesday.
