At 12 years old, the last place we would like to see a pet,is at a shelter. Poor old Isaiah was given to the Bergen County Animal Sheter because his owners were moving and couldn't take him along. We are now on the lookout for a family willing to give a deserving senior pooch a loving home. He is actually lively for his age and would be happy to join a home that understands his needs and requirements. Although he is in a shelter environment, Isaiah still exhibits a happy attitude and just loves to explore the world around him. Given his independent qualities, he is quite content lying by a nice, warm fireplace. Don't get us wrong, this social oldie but goodie still loves human affection and is willing to mingle. Walks around the neighborhood and short visits to the park are excellent ways to provide him with energy release and help build a stronger relationship between him and his handler. We are simply looking for adopters who can offer him a tranquil lifestyle so he can live the rest of his golden years knowing he is loved and wanted.

If you can foster or adopt this boy, please contact the Bergen County Animal Shelter at 732-229-4600.
