Dry cold weather will give way to warm and stormy weather over the next several days. A large and slow moving system will result in warmer temperatures with occasional showers and thunderstorms tomorrow through Tuesday. There is the potential for severe weather over the weekend so stay tuned. Computer models indicate the possibility of up to 2” of rain with locally heavier amounts over the next 5 days. The rain will be welcome as our yearly precipitation deficit is 2.5”.
