We’re keeping our eyes to the sky for possible thunderstorms this afternoon and this evening as a cold front sweeps the area. Some of the storms could be severe with large hail and damaging winds. Behind the front, much cooler air and chilly northeast winds as highs tomorrow will be in the low ‘60s and highs on Thursday in the mid ‘50s. A southern tracking system will spread clouds and rain into the area Thursday but most of the rain should be confined south of I-74. Thursday night/Friday morning will be interesting as lows will flirt with 32 degrees.
