The SXSW Motorola Cafe Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) starts on March 13, 2012 at 10:00 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) and ends on March 14, 2012 at 3:00 p.m. ET (“Sweepstakes Period”). For each retweet posted containing the #MotorolaCafe hashtag during the Sweepstakes Period, you will receive one (1) entry. All Entries must be received by March 14, 2012 at 3:00 p.m. ET to be considered. Limit one (1) entry per person, per e-mail address and per household per day for the duration of the Sweepstakes Period. Multiple Entries received from any person or e-mail address or household in excess of the limitation stated above will be void. RANDOM DRAWING: Potential winners will be selected in a random drawing held on or about March 14, 2012 from all eligible entries received by an independent judging agency. WINNER NOTIFICATION: Potential winners will be notified by mail, phone, Twitter Direct Message and/or e-mail and may be required to execute and return an affidavit of eligibility, a liability release and, where lawful, a publicity release within one (1) day of date of issuance. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of each pair of tickets is $100.00. Air and Ground Transportation to/from the lounge, accommodations, meals, etc. in Austin, Texas will not be provided and will be winner’s sole responsibility. Prizes are awarded “as is” with no warranty or guarantee, either express or implied by Sponsor. Winners may not substitute, assign or transfer prize or redeem prize for cash, but Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to substitute prize (or portion thereof) with one of comparable or greater value. Tickets are subject to certain terms and conditions as specified thereon. Seat locations (if applicable) will be determined by Sponsor. Winner and guest must comply with all venue rules and regulations. Failure to do so may result in forfeiture of prize.
