Okay, PLEASE look at the cuteness that my new friends Jake & Bryan (the sushi chefs) at my favorite sushi restaurant made! It's a MOUSE! Quail egg body, fish roe for eyes and nose, and a sprig of raddish sprouts for a tail! It even has tiny little ears made of egg white bits!
