She was the top certified artist of the 2000’s decade 64 certifications (includes cumulative album, digital song, master ringtone, and music video certifications). All of her previous albums have been certified multi-platinum (Dangerously In Love - 4x platinum | B’Day - 3x platinum | I Am…Sasha Fierce - 3x platinum) bringing her total album certifications to 11 million making her one of the best selling American artists of her generation and of all time. Interestingly enough, Beyoncé was also the lead singer of Destiny’s Child who are also ranked on the list with 17.5 million in album certifications making her career total 28.5 million album certifications placing her above the likes of her husband Jay-Z and boy band N’sync.
