Abby was found by animal control starving and injured living under a dock in this cold weather. She is very sweet and loving. Dr. Holbel in Bellaire thinks she is about a year old. We are looking for a loving foster home for her until she is adopted. Please let us know if you know of anyone interested in taking her!
