Appropriate action in lieu of no policy but should have had policies in place in the first place. Also not sure how banning at work will help.

Not quite banning but temp suspension. But doesn't seem to realise that Twitter is better used mob phone based anyway and can't stop that.

It would strengthen the argument if the 'complaints' were shown, even in part; 'inappropriate' is rather vague.
