In addition to learning language, math and science, girls at the #Udaan schools learn about areas of self, family and society. They develop an understanding of rights and equality, and learn to take control of their lives rather than surrendering to societal norms.

Graduates have been known to make an impact in the improvement of their communities, and in some cases, their country.
