Beach New Year ~ The last sunset of 2011 was progressing nicely as we got ready to leave our favorite clamming area for our second favorite one a few miles north of here. We couldn't spend too long here as there where preparations to be made for the nights festivities. Plenty of food, drink, some company and a bonfire on the beach. We have been ending the old year and starting the new year on the beach as a ritual for quite some time.
