Glad your priorities are straight.
deetotallyrocks on June 18, 2009
Sorry about your beautiful greenery, hopefully you'll be able to restore it back to it's amazing state, and we all know you successfully will :-)
pericraig on June 18, 2009
Well that was nasty. Glad no one injured. Glad also that the trees weren't harmed. What type are they?
andreaandweims on June 18, 2009
Injury to body AND property, though of different scopes, is distressing. Be it fishing pole, grasses or granny's chandelier, not relishing wreckage is standard among us. Polite respect when we vent to one another over irksome messes is good humane stuff.
Sammymom50 on June 18, 2009
Well at least they had grass to land in . I could have been worse.
tammyjoschoppet on June 18, 2009
I'm glad that no one was hurt! Who knows, out of adversity comes inpsiration...what type of new grasses can you try in that space ;)
tfromtifton on June 18, 2009

futurowoman on June 18, 2009
So glad no one was hurt! What a shame about the damage :(

wow. I wish people would learn that they have to slow down on wet roads... glad everyones ok. Sorry about your beautiful grounds.
pippad on June 18, 2009
Never mind your grass, I think someone lay a road when you weren't looking...
ribettefan on June 18, 2009
I wouldn't want to be the person who ran over your grass. I'd be afraid. ;) Just joking...(maybe)
oprahofficial on June 18, 2009
Yes.. they did dig up your grass. But it does grow back rather quickly! Glad nobody was badly hurt.
pamfromcalif on June 18, 2009
Skidding off the road must have been scary for the driver good thing he didn't flip the car over. I am off to Costco wish they had your hams but not until the fall now that's a big bummer Marty!
sylvaohanian on June 18, 2009
That's horrible. Good thing no one was hurt. People have to drive slowly when it's raining!
FedericoArt on June 18, 2009
Thank goodness no one was hurt!
pamfromcalif on June 18, 2009
Looking at this again good thing they didn't hit those power poles and knock out the power even though you have bac up generators. Doesn't appear to be off the road much it's the outside property isn't it?
katiebussell on June 18, 2009
"...but my grasses were run over and destroyed!" That reminds me of Conan's sketch back in the day, "I said THREE egg whites for a bundt cake... thrrrreeeeeeee." hahahaha
alaskadognews on June 18, 2009
That will take a month to come back. How's the dog? www.alaskadognews.com
jana_babysteals on June 18, 2009
Oh no! I'd love to see before shots of the grasses.
lexus4u on June 18, 2009
OMG
pamfromcalif on June 18, 2009
Sorry Martha, grass can grow again but life can't. Looks like it was raining and slick there, here it is hotter then heck and then some. Happy day to you go out and walk in the rain ~
Dinonelly on June 18, 2009
I think they might have been trying to steal your trees, Martha! You should definitely check that officer's badge to make sure that he isn't a plant! *rolling on the floor laughing*
