I was called to rescue a 14 week old deaf baby pit back in June. He was being kept by suspected "flippers" who regularly do business on craigslist, and we feared he may be sold as a bait dog, as many special needs and smaller animals often are. They agreed to surrender him to my rescue group. I sent one of my rescue volunteers to go pick him up and she fell in love with him (that's her in the pic) and decided to keep him. He is now named "Rowdy" and living a great life.

Here is Rowdy at 5 months old, having a nap with my rescue friend Melissa, who adopted him. Rowdy has now had all of his vetting, has been neutered and is attending dog training classes thanks to his great and responsible pet owner.
