Sponge Candy Demo Our local chocolatier Larry Szrama will be hosting a Sponge Candy Demonstration this Saturday from 1-3 at McKinley. Larry is the part owner of Landies Candies located in Buffalo and is the exclusive producer of our Wegmans Swiss Recipe Chocolate. Landies has been producing this fine chocolate for Wegmans for the past eight years. Wegmans carries over 30 varieties of Swiss Recipe Chocolate as well as seasonal novelties.
