Thats a really good idea but if it was over here in Ireland in order to make it more realistic they would have had to add a further four dummies leaning on picks and shovels watching him do all the work :-))))

Or maybe the worker has gone for a sneaky cuppa and he's dressed the dummy up in his work wear so his bosses won't notice he's missing haha! :-)))
