The Department of Defense says 26-year-old 2nd Lt. Lieutenant Stuart Liles of Raeford Died Nov. 13 in Bagram Afghanistan. Liles was a platoon leader for the 122nd Aviation Support Battalion. Defense officials say his death is under investigation. Liles earned a liberal arts degree at the University of Central Arkansas and arrived at the 82nd Airborne in January this year. Liles is survived by his wife Aubre and his daughter Aurora. His mother Kristin Liles is from Hot Springs Arkansas. Operation Enduring Freedom
