of Clarksville Tenn.; assigned to the 2nd Battalion 505th Parachute Infantry Regiment 3rd Brigade Combat Team 82nd Airborne Division Fort Bragg N.C.; Died Nov. 12 of injuries sustained when an improvised explosive device detonated near his vehicle during combat operations in Samarra Iraq. Also killed was 1st Lt. Michael A. Cerrone. Operation Iraqi Freedom
