We have been trying to understand the last six years and wondering why both the FBI and DOJ had done nothing on our case. Only to witness in the last few months even more very strange illegal behavior and odd rulings in court as we were systematically and openly denied our constitutional right to an attorney and then to a trial and Justice. That has opened our eyes and given us the answers to all our questions of WHY and WHO and the reasons behind why these people were allowed to get away with what they did to us. Judge True who was mysteriously substituted into our case, replacing the Honorable Judge Barbara Miller, took all that all away from all of us when he ruled his own twisted version of the law by first, denying our right to our attorney and then demanded that I represent my own case in court as Pro Se. By doing that Judge John M. True III denied our right to trial and right to equal justice under the law. 1 After six years of hell in our search for Justice... First Watching our Television Broadcast businesses G.A.P. International Targeted by the first Theft and then two months later we discovered their first theft ~ We contacted The Defendant Gap International in PA and threatened legal action if they did not return out property ~ immediately! They hung up on us and in our amazement in a gangland style attack… TWO HOURS after they hung up on us… The Defendants attacked us again! But, this time ~ targeting our WIN-TV Television Network: Stealing all our email to and from our investors and stole all our other web sites!!! ~ destroying our $50 million in First Round Funding for WIN-TV and our cash flow. Six years later… My once perfect credit now-ruined... My bank accounts - Liened... Our corporations now all in default. We never could have imagined that someone or some corporation would attempt to commit such brazen theft(s) in plain site of the FBI without fear ~ acting like they were in some way "above the Law"... Yet they continued to repeatedly attack us and continued to steal our email to & from our investors, destroying all our businesses. Today, I find myself looking back after living this six year nightmare. Finding that the only thing that I had left after the theft, was one thing... My deep embedded belief that "in the end, that Justice would prevail." With that belief in justice, I continued to move forward spending over $100,000.00 in legal fees in our search of justice.. But unknown to us, the ultimate theft was yet to happen... Like a bad movie unfolding in front of our eyes... It started when a new Judge, Judge M. True III was "mysteriously" substituted into our case just before our Jury trial was set to begin. ~ Judge True's FIRST ORDER: "that I represent my own case in court as Pro Se in Trial. "I responded to Judge True [Quote] "That I couldn't do that because first, I am not an attorney and (Second) I do not want to act as my own attorney and, (Third) that we already had a Trial Attorney-!" Judge True III harshly replied back: [quote] "THAT IF I SAID THAT YOU WOULD HAVE TO REPRESENT YOURSELF IN TRIAL -THEN… THAT'S EXACTLY WHAT YOU WILL HAVE TO DO… SO, DEAL WITH IT!!!" [end quote]. By doing that; Judge John M. True III denied our Constitutional Right to trial and our right to equal justice under the law. One thing I know very well.... That it is one thing being robbed like we were and seeing our businesses intentionally destroyed, But, the real crime here is when something that what was promised to you as a right from birth. A pillar of your belief in America is systematically stolen from you. As it was with us (AS VICTIMS OF CRIME) after our search for justice for the crimes committed against us. A journey that ended with a wink and a nod with the theft our civil and constitutional rights by the denial of equal justice under the law by the person we looked to for help. But we still fought back: Hiring an yet another law firm to fight for our right to have our attorney represent us in trial. After three weeks of long hard fought hearings ~ "we won the right to have our attorney represent us in trial. (BUT.. THEN TO OUR AMAZEMENT) Two minutes after that short victory ~ Judge John M. True III then under strong protest proceeded (still without our Trial Attorney present) Judge John M. True III ordered that all damages against the Defendants be dismissed. By doing that… Judge John M. True III intentionally killed and ended our case and denied our constitutional right to justice for the crimes committed against us.. THE BIG QUESTION IS: What kind of people, feel that they are above the law? WHEN CORPORATIONS CAN USE OUR COURTS AS A TOOL TO SUBVERT THE FABRIC OF JUSTICE AND OUR CONSTITUTIONAL RIGHTS, RIGHTS THAT PROTECT ALL CITIZENS. THEN... WE ALL LOSE. What kind of corporation... after committing the first theft then would openly attack our WIN-TV corporation 2 months later~without fear of the Law or the FBI?
