Again, I will point out that the cake decorators are not likely the people who made the sign.
This is more like "sign wrecks".

This doesn't bode well. Maybe you should recruit the person who sent the photo to be your secret correspondent - they can go in once a week to take photos for Cake Wrecks. (I'm positive there will be plenty of photo fodder if this is any indication.)
