of Lilburn Ga.; assigned to 2nd Battalion 27th Infantry Regiment 3rd Brigade 25th Infantry Division Schofield Barracks Hawaii; Died Sept. 23 of injuries sustained when an improvised explosive device detonated near his Humvee during combat operations in Riyadh Iraq. Also killed was Sgt. Velton Locklear III. Operation Iraqi Freedom
