#Drought crisis in #Djibouti part 2: The influx of #refugees has strained the capacity to respond. Some 19,000 refugees have registered at the Ali Addeh camp, which is 12,000 people over capacity. Djibouti – along with neighbouring Somalia – is one of the countries worst affected by the Horn of Africa drought crisis. It is among the world’s most water-scarce nations, and over 120,000 people there are in urgent need of assistance.
