Harry's tan is fading. Not as red as he used to be.... but the flowers are gorgeous. :)

Your peonies are fabulous. I'm sure the fragrance is wonderful. Here, during a month we have fushia peonies with a very great smell. Thanks to share this and please, let us know, about the result.

I find the extraction of the oily goodness from these flowers just fascinating, and what better flower to use! A signature Martha-fragrance COULD be something for you to consider. It would have to be so-so, and zillions of us would have to have it! (Peony

I had some from my Grandmother's garden in Detroit that were near 100 yrs old off shoots. They did not survive the N.E. Florida soil I had them in

Someone who knows Liam Neeson should suggest he make a perfume in his late wive´s name in her memory. A fragrance he actually picks himself.

You look beautiful and peonies are amazing. We have 3 peonies, and your garden inspires me to move ours to another location in the yard and ....add more. When were your photos taken? Our blooms are beautiful too but only bloom for a 2 wks.

You look fab as usual. The flowers are fantastic. I am allergic to perfumes so couldn't wear any or sit by people wearing perfume but it would be great for MSLO to invent a new one called "Martha"~

That is what I love about you Martha, you don't plant 3 peonies, you plant 300 of them!

Is it true that peonies require ants in order to open their blossoms?

Oh Martha -- Please do get a Peony fragrance line with your name on it. I brought in a bouquet for myself and our reception area, and people cannot believe the lovely smell that exudes from these gorgeous blooms!!! I'll try to post a TwitPic.
