Another day in front of the Avon Theatre. My mom asked me for the 10th time if I really wanted to do this. Of course I wanted, it was for my mom and me. We were going to Disney World together, our First time going out of Canada, I was so excited, and in a few weeks I knew we were going to be able to go. “Grandpa is going with you” my mom said as she put my guitar in the coffin. I just nodded, I knew he was going with my, he would stay in the car though, but just to be sure that nothing would happen to me. I was fragile to my mom, and she was fragile to me.

An hour later my grandpa picked me up, we put my guitar in his car and drove away to the Avon theatre. The sun was shining and I was feeling great, I knew today was going to be a good day, I loved singing, just singing my heart out. Lots of people always told me I had talent, and I had to do something with it. And this was what I was going to do with it, just singing my heart out in front of the theatre with my guitar earning money so that my mom and I could go to Disney World.

When the sun went down me and my grandpa left, it was indeed a good day, lots of people walked by. Listened to me for awhile and just left some money, not a lot, but everything was okay to me, I liked playing music.

At home we counted the money. 200 dollars! My mom smiled and said: “I’m proud of you, Justin.” She walked up to me and hugged me holding me tight. I knew what I was doing, my mom being happy was precious to me. She was everything to me, and I just kept believing in one thing: Never Say Never because dreams do come true
