This orange tabby kitten (ID A1248163) and cute scruffy little dog (ID A1248162) at L.A.'s North Central shelter are the best of friends -- check out this sweet picture. The dog, Snoopy, was dropped off at the shelter by his former owner, who claimed she had just found the cat. But they appear to be good pals, making shelter staff think they lived together. Snoopy is available for adoption now and the kitten becomes available for adoption on Sept. 13.
