"Dear all,
First of all, I want to thank our fans for all the “get well” wishes, comments and presents you sent me. It was unbelievable and I could easily open up a pharmacy now :-) Your support really helped me a lot during the last couple of weeks. Thank you - you guys really rock! Tom is with me and there for me 24/7. Georg and Gustav are coming by on a regular basis to visit me which is great… Luckily I survived the worst part already! The surgery went well and “the ten day ban of speaking” is over! That was torture - you have to imagine not to say a single word and not even to laugh for ten days!!! Now my vocal rehabilitation starts - but I don’t want to complain! I’m just really happy that the surgery went sooo… well and that the doctors tell me that everything will be fine! I’m so glad that I’ll be able to return on stage soon to play all the upcoming summer festivals.
