A bit hypocritical that you photographed this while driving... Don't you think?

reminds me of the joke, what's the difference between a porcupine and a BMW driver? "The Pricks are on the inside" This person is on top though. Not sure what to make of it. =-)

Sadly, this kind of crap is commonplace in Japan - on a bike, cycle, or car. Unfortunately, not enough people get hurt doing it.

Exactly why cell phone laws are being enacted. Hope he didn't get smashed.
