Check out 4 year Tyler Sears during his first day at Pre-K. Tyler was born with a heart condition that has required more than 23 medical procedures. His mom says the past year has been great for Tyler... they are short of a year on being hospital free. Tyler took his first steps at 4 years old. The Sears family use the Ronald McDonald House in between Tyler's doctor visits.
