How can this concept + execution be stronger? Does it need water? What would that look like?

?? Hmm, I'm thinking show the glass of water to wash it down with (with leaches in it?) yuck.

visual is strong. words are not. I would try to combine all of the facts into one line. Something like "37,000 children under the age of 5 die every week from unsafe water -- more than any other cause of death" Or something that is simply put to get the b

I love the medical slant, could be part of entire campaign centered around "Clean Water = Cure"....Agree that this could use a bit more impact, the suggestions of pouring water out/spoon or a doctor administering are both good. Delete Diarrhea, focus on

It's a great concept. Perhaps add "www" to charitywater.org, for the unfamiliar, and instead use a liquid medicine bottle, akin to http://bit.ly/FFK2K

After reading all comments, I think tipping the pill bottle over and having water spilling into a spoon, like a dose, would be a stronger image. Some highlighted red text would be effective too!

Depends on the context of the advertisement... is it used somewhere which will offer the reader the 45 seconds it took me to read all of the text? ie: is it ever any smaller than what is on this page? Is that lower text even there to be consumed, or purel

I think that the word Medicine @ the top should be in a Water Droplet font. I also think that the use of the color red would help emphasize the words deadly, diarrhea, diseases, and the like.
jacysmith on May 18, 2009
cont. Or maybe make it a medication for some of the diseases that you're trying to prevent.
jacysmith on May 18, 2009
I agree. Make it look like water IS the medicine. Also, most prescriptions have a doctor that gives them. Maybe add that on the label as Charity: Water? I'm not sure that this conveys the message you are looking for. Are prescriptions preventative? Or m

trying adding some grayish red to the mix.. perhaps the word prevention? Deadly Diseases.. Just a thought.
kateowens on May 18, 2009
Change the type of bottle it's in. Use a bottle that normally has liquid (medicine) in it, except use water instead. Something like this: http://www.pharmacyautomationsupplies.com/images/liquid_ovals.jpg

ONE LOVE... GOD BLESS!!!!!!!!!!!! XOXO :)
GreenVixen on May 18, 2009
If your concept is to use a preventative? a medicine bottle indicates a treatment instead. Yes, it needs water (either flowing in or out), larger print, less words.
AWelcomeFlood on May 18, 2009
I am loving it except for the cap seems weird to me. Very well done.
tivajoy on May 18, 2009
...sides with the tall glass of water in the center w/the label on the front, showing that one of these can keep you from having to take all the others.
tivajoy on May 18, 2009
Maybe a glass of water with the prescription label on the front of it, since prevention is the best medicine. In this case, it would be water and not a bunch of pills that would be prescribed. Or maybe even a bunch of empty pill bottles laying on their si
roninspirit on May 18, 2009
I don't like it. People generally don't like taking medicine, and this images serves only to associate water with medicine. It needs water and some blue colors.
vitality4all6 on May 18, 2009
I love the message and the prescription bottle, no glass of water needed. Ur telling us its their prescription. Very well put. I like the disclosure like a mock of most med ads. Very well. I like the clean background but as said before might distract anot

I agree with the comments thus far. The label really needs to pop b/c right now it is easy to overlook. A different color label, a water logo, maybe a different color font - awesome ad idea, love it!
melindadanielle on May 18, 2009
maybe if you had the bottle tipped over like you were pouring out the "pills", but it pours out water into like a river or lake or something...?
fy_eye on May 18, 2009
if you need to have all this copy, utilizing bullet points might be helpful. i would make the call-to-action bigger.
tymosier on May 18, 2009
u should have the same label but with a glass of water =)
fy_eye on May 18, 2009
maybe an image of a glass of water on the label would be helpful and eye catching. although the information you are providing is important this ad is too copy heavy. it's overwhelming to a viewer and may cause them to overlook your main message. y

Love the clean graphic, but miss the 2 of H2O being superscript. The ingredient backg color blends too well with bottle
LaMonteg on May 18, 2009
Yes, water is needed. Maybe have water being poured into the medicine bottle.
