Hi everyone! My name is Dora. I am just 4 years old, weigh a solid 65 lbs of play and affection, and I very much need your help right away! My owner, I call him my Dad, is in the United States Air Force and he was deployed. I am temporarily staying with my aunt, his sister, and she has to move into a smaller place and cannot take me. She works long hours and I am home alone. My "grandparents" have cats and I am not fond of cats. They would gladly keep me, if only I got along with cats! Urggg. How I wish I could! I am fully housebroken and do not even need to be crated. I am playful and LOVE people, including the little children. I am even gentle with toddlers but my family wants to play it safe and suggests that I be adopted by adults, or by a family with children age 5 or older. I would not hurt the small children but I might knock them down if I run and play in the yard. I am very athletic, love to run, love to walk and am in excellent health. I need to be an only dog because some dogs I like and some I do not. I walk nicely on a leash and will not mind seeing dogs while we take our walk. I am spayed, fully vaccinated, and have a gorgeous, shiny mink colored coat. My family has taken good care of me but I have to find another home. So sad. My daddy is out of the country and so there is nowhere else for me to go! How about to your home? I love to snuggle, will greet you with kisses, and know my basic commands.
