Airplanes seats are sent up for installation on board a new Boeing Next-Generation 737 in Boeing's factory in Renton, Wash.

A Boeing employee, who also owned a farm, thought that a hay loader might work for loading seats onto an airplane. With small modifications, he and his colleagues adapt it to the 737 production line. Now, seats are loaded in a continuous stream instead of being lifted three at a time with an electric lift. #innovation
