Brooklyn NY - Another basement pup :( This poor little girl is just under a year old and has lived in a basement her whole life, never going outside, never playing with other dogs. She HAS lived with a cat. Has no vetting yet :( She is very sweet but hyper, you know since she's still a puppy and all.
