just help everyone out: It is a log that the cabin attendants to record non-airworthiness discrepancies encountered in the passenger cabin and the corrective actions taken by maintenance, it is used to avoid filling the required maintenance log with items

The flight attendant ditched the folder in the closet after logging the entry for the piece that broke off in the overhead compartment. LOL!
