i decided 2 upload 1 pic every day from the souks in damascus or aleppo. some of u have been there. others not yet & i thought it'd be nice to show some of the lovely people who may be suffering now or lovely scenes that may be disrupted. hoping that all will be well soon under a new clement regime. 2day's pic is of a tamarind juice seller who is quite modern with his mob despite the traditional attire :)
