Sometimes the speeches of politicians have little to do with the concerns of citizens. There are others in which politicians are able to create messages with new realities and problems did not exist beforehand. This is what has happened in Finland, a country with a very small number of immigrants, about 3% of the population without major cultural conflicts in which immigration has been central in the debate before elections on Sunday.
