and finally: DEN had on that early morning 50-90% cloud coverage. http://bit.ly/n7WrXW

DEN is almost exactly in line with LAX and LAS. Agree?

Nordenwind 684 days ago

TUS correct. Make a 45 degree left turn @ the end of the line LAS-PHX-TUS. Thats ELP, not DEN

The 3rd patch of light in the line Vegas – Phoenix presumably is Tucson.

PC0101 684 days ago

Thought about that too, but this city must be NE of line of sight Vegas-Phoenix. El Paso is too much SW. Only major place (big lights obviously) there is Denver.

Nordenwind 685 days ago

all correct except Denver. Faint streak must be El Paso / Juárez

PC0101 685 days ago

Cities from left: Las Vegas (Strip visible!), center is Phoenix (a telltale X-shape at night!), faint orange streak below the horizon could be Denver.

From bottom to center: Fresno (lower edge), Bakersfield, Palmdale, LA, coast down to San Diego, a bit inland is Palm Springs.

Do you see everything from above golden night :))

UR correct This px is looking S @ LA from above San Fran Thanks I stand corrected #FromSpace !

I don't think that's SF on horizon or it's not daybreak. SF is N of LA and light is from L side.
