The gem of Paris museums: Jacquemart-Andre. At least in my book. It's what the Wallace collection is in London. A 19-century couple (born rich, it helps) had this hotel particulier built and entertained le tout Paris, but better they love art and travel (my passion too) and went to Venice & Italy as well as England & Holland and bought an amazing private collection to share with friends and now the world. Awesome. Another reason to visit this gem now and until July 11th is to see Caillebotte. Sheer delight.
