Title: Fabrication Tree (Stage 1)
This one is a copper print. The inspiration came from the word, "fabricated." A classmate of mine used it to describe my artwork and it stuck in my head for awhile. So, much so that I created a drawing of a tree. I chose to use a tree because I wanted to see what my brain would come up with if I drew one and because we needed the image to tell a story for the assignment. The tree representes my growth as an artist and the characters are coming out of the tree...like the they would out of my head and onto paper. ^_^ No, they are not hanging from their necks. I tried to be careful about that but some people still read it that way. Oh well haha.
