Run to work most days. I teach in ESOL and IT. I am running a half-marathon each month for fun and for charity and ultramarathons for the insanity.

A sad day. For years I've been running and cycling passed the guy who lived on the canal in a boat. Boat now sinking. No sign of him. Hope he is okay. Leeds to Liverpool canal. In my opinion, one of the greatest places on earth. Every bend reveals something new.
