In my quest for best seafood in London I has a fantastic Fish Stew in Wright Bros Soho on Friday and a good bouillabaisse in Les Trois Garcons last night. Service was great but need to sharpen on the food.
People fall in love with Peruvian cuisine after the 1st bite. This is still a secret. I want to change that so we are opening a Peruvian restaurant London.
