Just finished a week of low carb. The only carbs I consumed were some grapefruit juice with my morning whey shake and of course, my postworkout Wonka Pixy Stix! and the carbs I got from veggies. Today is finally my high carb/cheat day! Remember that when you go low carb you can't stay low carb for too long. Leptin levels will drop and your metabolism and results will stall. A high carb day once a week will boost your leptin levels and your metabolism and keep you dropping body fat. Here's a shot of the abs BEFORE the gorging begins! :)
